Q2: What is our cancellation policy?

A2: We know that flexibility is a very important consideration when booking a property. For this reason, we are able to offer separate cancellation policies for longer stays in addition to our standard policies. Contact us for more information.

Q3: What is our payment policy?

A3: Subject to agreement and relevant credit checks (if applicable), we are able to offer 30 days' payment terms for corporate bookings.

Q4: What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?

A4: The general minimum stay for corporate bookings is 3 nights, however please note that this varies from property to property. The maximum length of stay is generally subject to availability and local regulations.

Q5: Is it possible to view a property before booking?

A5: Subject to availability of our staff, we are always happy to arrange for viewings if required.
